7-Day Return Window

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns:

· Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
· Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery
· Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Return Shipping:

· Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
· We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot refund lost returns

Refunds:

· Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original purchase price (excluding any shipping fees paid)
· Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Non-Returnable Items:

· Used or opened products (for hygiene reasons)
· Final sale or discounted items (if applicable)

Damaged or Broken Items:

· If your item arrives damaged or broken, you must file a complaint directly with USPS (United States Postal Service)
· We are not responsible for items damaged during transit
· Please keep all original packaging for inspection purposes

Returns After 7 Days:

· Returns received after the 7-day window will not be refunded
· We reserve the right to refuse returns sent past the deadline
